Harnessing the Power of the Sun
Last week, we officially switched on our solar power system, marking a new era of clean energy utilization. This innovative system, coupled with advanced batteries, inverters, and a backup generator, empowers us to generate our own electricity. In just a short period, we've already produced a remarkable 1.1 megawatts of clean energy. We now have the capacity to power all our manufacturing completely off grid.
A Commitment to Sustainable Manufacturing
Our dedication to sustainability extends beyond energy generation. We're proud to be the only drainage supplier with Global Greentag Level A Gold certification across our entire product range. This certification signifies our commitment to environmentally friendly practices and responsible sourcing. To ensure minimal environmental impact, we source all our materials sustainably:
- Stainless Steel: Our stainless steel is manufactured using over 90% recycled content and is 100% recyclable. Additionally, its production process boasts a 75% lower carbon footprint compared to the global industry average.
- Aluminium: We utilize Capral LocAL Super Green - the most sustainable extruded aluminium product available to produce our award-winning Wave Grate. It’s produced with 3 times less carbon emissions than the global average for Aluminium.
- uPVC: Our uPVC products are 100% recyclable and are produced with recycled materials, reducing waste and conserving resources.
